We are Silver!
In September this year, Adrian’s Slimming World group reached a significant milestone, becoming a special ‘Silver’ group for the very first time. This prestigious recognition is awarded to only a select few Slimming World groups that not only maintain a large and active membership but also provide outstanding support and service to their members.
It truly is an honor to be recognised in this way, as it reflects the dedication, hard work, and community spirit that has been fostered within the group.
Achieving Silver status means that my group consistently welcomed over 100 members every week—a testament to the trust and commitment members have placed in me. But it’s not just about the numbers. This award also acknowledges the quality of the support offered to each and every member. Whether they are just beginning their slimming journey or have been attending for years, I strive to create a welcoming, encouraging, and supportive environment where people feel comfortable, understood, and motivated to reach their goals.
Receiving this Silver award is not just a recognition of the work done behind the scenes but also a reflection of the community we’ve built together. From the mutual encouragement shared during groups, to the sense of accomplishment when members achieve personal milestones, this group is about much more than weight loss—it’s about building confidence, improving health, and celebrating every step of the journey.
Being part of such a successful group, and seeing the positive changes in so many people’s lives, is an incredible privilege, and I look forward to continuing this journey together.
