Slimming World Fry (Airfryer)

Slimming World Airfryer Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 x Slice Pan Boxty
- 2 x Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Tesco Mild Salsa
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Frylight
- 20g Cheddar Cheese Grated from Healthy Extra (30g)
- Parsley

Method
- Cut Pan boxty in 2 equaly halves and pop in toaster (you will need to pop a few times!)
- Fry both eggs in a frying pan with frylight
When both the boxty is heated / toasted and the Eggs are cooked to your liking:
- Place Pan boxty on plate, overlap a little
- Add some Iceberg lettuce, torn into rough pieces
- Add 2 Fried eggs on top
- Sprinkle 20g of cheese from our Healthy Extra Chese allowance
- Add Tomato Relish in clumps over the top
- Finish with some fresh parsley
