I had heard about Adrian’s group and decided to give it a go. What I found was a consultant who could put the fun and warmth into weight loss as well as an understanding of how it worked. He uses the carrot not the stick and empathises with everyone’s struggle by showing his own vulnerability and humility and someone you can relate to.
The friendliness of the group enables a safe space to talk about your journey and get the support you need. I was delighted when my husband joined the group and together we have lost nearly 4 stone in well under a year
