I joined Adrian’s class after having tried many other weight loss classes nothing seemed to work. I told myself this is my last chance nothing seemed to work.
I'm so glad I did I'm at my target weight and have made so many new lovely friends who are on the same journey as me. Adrian inspires and encourages us , there is no judgement.
Slimming world is not about diet and counting calories, it’s about changing our eating habits and believing that we can be what we want to be .
Come and join us , see for yourself. We’re so fortunate to have a consultant(Adrian) who does everything and more to help and encourage us.
