On the 22nd and 23rd of May, I had the absolute pleasure of heading to Slimming World Head Office – or as we affectionately call it, the Sparkly Castle 🏰. Set in the heart of Derbyshire, this is the place where the magic happens, where our incredible plan was born, and where the spirit of our founder, Margaret Miles-Bramwell, continues to shine brightly ✨💖.

These two days weren’t just any ordinary training sessions. They were packed full of inspiration, motivation and mindset magic 🧠💡! Our focus? Understanding the Psychology of Slimming — the real reasons people decide to change their lives, what drives them to keep going, and how we as Consultants can support every step of that journey.

We dug deep into:

🟢 Why we start a weight loss journey in the first place

🟡 What keeps us going even when motivation dips

🔵 How mindset is the secret ingredient to long-term success

And let me tell you — every corner of Head Office is steeped in excellence. The standards, the atmosphere, the attention to detail… it’s no wonder we call it sparkly! 💎 It’s a tribute to Margaret’s legacy — a woman who believed every single one of us deserves to feel happy, healthy and in control. Her influence is everywhere – and being there felt like walking through a warm hug of inspiration 🤗🌟.

I’ve brought back with me a renewed energy, bags of fresh ideas and a determination to make every member of Castlereagh Group feel valued, supported, and celebrated 🙌❤️.
