Mushy Pea Curry

Ingredients
- 2 x Tins of Mushy Peas
- 1 x Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 x Tin of Baked Beans
- 1 x Onion (chopped)
- 1 x Clove of Garlic (chopped)
- Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp of Chilli power, to taste
- 1 tsp of Madras Curry Power, to taste
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Blend together Mushy Peas, Baked Beans, Chopped Tomatoes, Chilli Powder & Curry Powder (If you would like a chunky curry like the picture ignore this step)
- Fry Onion and Garlic in Frylight with a little salt
- Add Mushrooms and fry for a few minutes
- Add mixture to vegetables and heat throughly
